DENVER — BMC Investments (BMC), a Denver-based real estate investment company specializing in the development, acquisition and management of properties across various asset classes and geographies, in partnership with Saunders Construction and 4240 Architecture, announced today the topping out of 210 St. Paul, the first of the two buildings that will make up the St. Paul Collection, BMC’s luxury rental residences and retail offering in the heart of Cherry Creek North. The topping out was celebrated with a small ceremony at the site on October 17 and is the first of several milestones for this state-of-the-art mixed use development, including a leasing office planned to open on November 7.
“The topping out of 210 St. Paul is a significant moment for BMC and St. Paul Collection and we commend the entire team – including Saunders Construction and 4240 Architecture - for their timely, efficient and exemplary work on this project to date,” said Adam Fenton, Vice President of Development for BMC Investments. “St. Paul Collection is going to transform this area of Cherry Creek North and we could not be more excited to celebrate the progress we have made.”
Designed as a micro-haven of sophisticated urban living, the $165 million St. Paul Collection is comprised of two towers offering 165 luxury rental units ranging in size from 770 to 2,800 square feet as well as 55,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Amenities will include a rooftop deck with pool and cabanas, clubhouse and a concierge. Each residence will be furnished with top-of-the-line appliances and finishes including custom cabinets, waterfall countertops and stone backsplashes, setting a new bar for luxury living in Denver.
“The St. Paul Collection reflects our core commitment to creating memorable places that enhance environments and celebrate experiences,” says Matt Cecere, Principal at 4240 Architecture. “St. Paul Collection blends seamlessly with the existing urban fabric while also anticipating the future of Cherry Creek North by reinforcing a connection to the patterns, personality and prosperity of the district. These units live large. The resident experience is elevated from a typical apartment to something more like a five-star hotel.”
St. Paul Collection is taking reservations for leasing now at www.stpaulcollection.com. The first tower is scheduled for completion in spring 2018 with the second tower slated for fall 2018.
