We are driven by collaborative design excellence with a keen focus on creating site-specific, culturally sensitive, diverse, and innovative architectural solutions for people to enjoy across the world.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Collaboratively oversees the design process, leads the project schedule and the team through documentation
· Lead and learn from others at all levels of experience and within various roles
· Leads team, consultant, and owner meetings
· Plans project milestones and goals
· Works closely with the Principal in Charge and the Project Architect to lead design direction and project management
· Collaborates with project team to find best solutions
· Seeks to achieve superior quality of project design and documentation
· Can manage multiple projects and design teams simultaneously
· Actively mentors junior staff
Qualifications & Skills:
· NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture
· 8-15 years of professional experience (licensed professionals preferred)
· Passion for sustainable design solutions (sustainable certification(s) and software knowledge preferred)
· Independent & resourceful approach to providing direction and team leadership
· Strong design and graphic skills
· Deep experience in project planning, management, contracts, and invoicing
· Hand-drawing and sketching skills preferred
· Sound working knowledge of building codes, zoning, and DRB materials
· Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Excel, Smartsheet or similar Project Management software
Salary Range: $95,000-$130,000

· Sound working knowledge of building codes, zoning, and DRB materials
· Adept at implementing relevant and sound building science, technology, and constructability, from concept into quality construction documents
· Proficient in developing high-quality visualizations, such as renderings and animations
· Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects), Excel, Smartsheet or similar Project Management software
Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000
