4240 Architecture began The Village at White River Junction project with the fundamental belief that assisted living and memory care communities can exist in productive synthesis with a wider community. 4240 Architecture determined Main Street shouldn’t end at the front door, it should extend inside - the architecture of The Village’s unique “vertical main street” distributes amenity spaces across five floors, encouraging residents to move throughout the community during their day. The layout keeps residents active and mobile, and the spatial diversity of each amenity allows for unique design personalities.
Composed of two “sister” buildings located adjacent to one another on a dense urban infill site, the award-winning luxury mixed-use St Paul Collection in Cherry Creek, Denver maximizes the design to leverage views and walkability at this uniquely located site at the intersection of massing for neighborhood scale and medium density urban infill. St Paul Collection includes 165 units total, 479,000 GSF residential and ground-floor retail, 53,000 SF retail, 16,500 SF Cherry Creek Square retail, 5,500 GSF rooftop deck for each building, 400 parking spaces, and 116 covered parking for bicycles.
